Welcome, Green Book Family!
Next year, from October 20 to 24, we’re heading off on a special trip to celebrate all the special birthdays within the Green Book Family. Wim is taking care of the organization and we are happy to share the destination with you for this special occasion!
We have already blocked rooms for the entire group in the hotel so we can ensure the same price for everyone.
To make sure everything runs smoothly and to secure our accommodation before December 11, we need a few practical details from everyone. Since each person will be booking their own flights,
it’s important that we collect and share this information in a clear and timely way.
We kindly ask you to fill out the form below before December 11, so we can finalize all arrangements and ensure the next Green Book Family adventure is just as unforgettable as the last. Thank you!
1. Flights
As we’re all literally scattered across the globe, the simplest and most flexible solution is that everyone books and manages their own flights. Once you’ve locked in your arrival time, please let us know so we can check if we can group some of you together for the transfer to the hotel on arrival.

- Dates: 20 to 24 October 2026
- Length of Stay: 4 nights
- All Inclusive: accomodation, all meals & drinks in the hotel, transport, excursions & all activities in the hotel
- Standard Double Room

- Tourist tax
- Drinks during excursions
Price = +/- €665 per person (depending on the number of participants)
3. Travel Documents required for Morocco
When preparing your trip, please always check the requirements that apply specifically to the nationality and passport you will be travelling with, as rules depend on the passport you present at the border — not where you live. Don’t forget to check and apply for a visa if needed for tourist stays in Morocco as required.
Transit: Requirements depend on the country through which you transit. Always verify transit visa rules for your full route.
4. Event programme
We’ll be sharing the full programme soon, but we’d like to keep a bit of excitement and mystery for just a little longer. Once we have a clear overview of all confirmed participants, we’ll finalise the details and communicate the schedule. Stay tuned — the adventure is taking shape!
